Job summary

First Source Energy India seeks an experienced Installation Manager to lead the on-site team for Solar PV rooftop and ground projects. You will plan milestones, coordinate with engineering for timely designs, and ensure on-site execution aligns with PO commitments.

You will collaborate with procurement, install engineers, and contractors, addressing site issues and regulatory clearances while monitoring installation performance. A hands-on leader with engineering rigor is ideal.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Timely execution of Solar PV orders


• Project management planning milestone setting as per PO commitments


• Planning, mobilizing leading the team of Installation engineers


• Co-ordination with Engineering team for timely design completion


• Co-ordination with Purchase team for timely procurement of required materials


• Co-ordination with respective Installation Engineer managing site installation/execution contractor


• Find fix site issues and handling customer complaints


• Co-ordination with Govt. / Statutory authorities respective channel partners for NOC, Net-Metering, Site clearances etc


• Performance monitoring of various PV installations
