Job summary

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT/software projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3-5 years of dedicated project management experience, strong client coordination skills, and the ability to manage internal teams and deliverables.

You will oversee projects end-to-end, coordinate with clients and internal teams, plan sprints, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT/software projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Act as primary contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct sprint planning, tracking and project reviews.
• Work with development, QA, design and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with customer support for timely resolution of issues.
• Manage documentation, reports and meeting notes.
• Ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
• Track scope, priorities, resources and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project meetings and ensure action items are completed.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timelines and quality.
• Support continuous improvement of PM processes and workflows.

• The candidate will be responsible for managing projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with clients and internal teams, planning and tracking sprints, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery within scope and agreed timelines.
