Job summary

Neysa is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Service Delivery to join the Operations team in Mumbai. You will oversee Gen AI cloud infrastructure delivery, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, within-budget project execution across AI platforms.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of service delivery in cloud infrastructure, strong Linux tools knowledge, and experience with stakeholder communication and project management tools like MS Project and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in service delivery management within cloud infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI solutions and cloud integration.
• Strong cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, and DevOps.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and containerization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Delivery Associate to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will support the delivery of Gen AI cloud infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructures. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our AI acceleration platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in service delivery management within the cloud infrastructure industry, with a focus on Linux-based tools and technologies.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI solutions and cloud integration.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU provisioning, distributed training environments, containerization).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Experience with AI/ML deployment in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc.)
• PMP, PRINCE2 Certification
