Job summary

What will you do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high‑quality products, focusing on creating high‑value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.
• Ensure that the team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers.
• Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.
• Establish and extend best practices enterprise‑wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices.
• Provide coaching and support to team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration within the embedded and hardware engineering domains.

What you need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with 9+ years of experience and a minimum of 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
• At least one Scrum Certification – CSM/PSM1, in‑depth knowledge of agile and scrum practices, and experience leading multiple scrum teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated industries such as automotive, medical devices, or aerospace, with exposure to CI/CD practices.
• Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, embedded systems, and software development processes with good understanding of hardware/software integration.
• Excellent presentation skills to deliver various scrum trainings.
