Job summary

KPI Partners is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master with a data engineering background to guide agile teams through the project lifecycle in Bengaluru. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope, manage risks, and align projects with strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define goals, deliverables, and timelines, while mentoring teams in agile practices and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Proven experience as Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably in software development.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, particularly Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Utilize agile methodologies to optimize team performance and productivity, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede team progress, providing resolutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and timelines, to ensure transparency and effective communication across teams.
• Mentor and support team members in adopting agile practices and principles, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
