Job summary

Iqra Technology is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager / Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital product delivery. You will manage backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps while collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely releases.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across onshore, offshore, and vendor teams. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager / Agile Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital product deliveries.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, product management, backlog and story management, roadmap ownership, stakeholder management and end-to-end digital product delivery.

This role requires a combination of product management, project delivery and Agile/Scrum expertise, along with sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Own and manage product backlogs, user stories, prioritization and product roadmaps using Jira or Azure Boards.
• Track Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, cycle time and release planning.
• Coordinate product discovery activities including user journeys, wireframing, Figma collaboration, analytics and KPI definition/tracking.
• Work closely with engineering teams and demonstrate sufficient technical understanding of APIs, cloud and CI/CD.
• Manage stakeholders across business, risk and compliance functions.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, manage feedback and secure release sign-off.
• Coordinate onshore, offshore and vendor teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers and issues.
• Demonstrate proven experience in successfully launching digital products such as customer portals, web applications and mobile applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager or Agile Project Manager, with hands-on responsibility for digital product delivery.
• Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure Boards.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, user stories, sprints and product roadmaps.
• Good understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, burndown and cycle time, along with release planning.
• Experience in product discovery, including user journeys, wireframing, Figma, analytics and KPI definition/tracking.
• Sufficient technical understanding of APIs, cloud and CI/CD to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business, risk and compliance teams.
• Experience managing UAT and securing release sign-off.
• Experience coordinating onshore, offshore and third-party/vendor teams.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping digital products such as customer portals, web applications or mobile applications.
• Experience limited to project governance, PMO, reporting or coordination alone will not be considered sufficient.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is strongly preferred, including:

• PSM
• CSM
• PSPO
• CSPO

Candidates with only a PMP certification, without strong hands-on Agile/Scrum and digital product delivery experience, may not be suitable for this role.
