Job summary

Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants seeks an experienced Project Manager (Scrum/Agile) to drive digital product deliveries from discovery through release. You will own roadmaps, coordinate with engineers, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ship customer portals and mobile apps.

You must have 5+ years as a Digital Product Manager with Scrum certification and practical Jira/Azure Boards experience. Strong stakeholder mgmt, UAT, and release sign-off skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Digital Product Manager.
• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner (PSM/CSM/PSPO/CSPO) rather than PMP alone.
• Backlog and story management in Jira or Azure Boards; roadmap ownership.
• Comfortable with velocity, burndown, cycle time and release planning.
• Enough technical grounding (APIs, cloud, CI/CD) to hold a real conversation with engineers.
• Product discovery: user journeys, wireframing in Figma, analytics, KPI definition and tracking.
• Stakeholder management across business, risk and compliance, and the ability to run UAT and secure release sign-off.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore or vendor teams.
• Evidence of digital products actually shipped (customer portals, mobile apps), not project governance only.
