Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to drive Agile delivery for technology projects and manage globally distributed teams. Experience in infrastructure, industrial automation, or transportation projects is preferred.

The role involves facilitating ceremonies, managing sprint execution, coordinating with product owners and engineering leads, and driving continuous improvement using Agile metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 3–5 years in technology projects, preferably Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, or Transportation.
• Minimum 2 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage engineering projects, sprint execution, releases, and delivery timelines.
• Support requirements analysis, backlog management, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, and global stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, conflicts, and project roadblocks.
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, backlog, and sprint progress.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and improve delivery quality and productivity.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to drive Agile delivery for technology projects and manage globally distributed teams. Experience in Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, or Transportation projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage engineering projects, sprint execution, releases, and delivery timelines.
• Support requirements analysis, backlog management, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, and global stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, conflicts, and project roadblocks.
• Manage scope and change requests from submission through closure.
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, backlog, and sprint progress.
• Conduct RCA/post-mortems and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain project data and reports using JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and improve delivery quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology projects, preferably Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, or Transportation.
• Minimum 2 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, estimation, planning, and delivery management.
• Experience working with Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Agile certification such as CSM/PSM/SAFe is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience as an Agile Coach or demonstrated expertise in coaching teams on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Transportation, or engineering-driven technology projects.
• Experience managing complex technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
