Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for product development programs.
• Manage hardware and software product development projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, WBS, Gantt charts, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and resource use.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and manage issues for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and governance.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Product Development to lead end-to-end product development initiatives involving both hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project delivery, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder management within the medical device industry.

This role requires driving projects from initiation through successful delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for product development programs.
• Manage hardware and software product development projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
