Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of relevant project execution experience.
• PEB / Civil / MEP / Construction experience preferred.
• Residential or commercial project experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute up to 2–3 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate project execution from initiation to completion.
• Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, engineers and project personnel.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, cost, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales and Stores teams.
• Ensure coordination across Civil, PEB, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and MEP activities.
• Identify project issues, delays and risks and take corrective actions.
• Handle client coordination and provide regular project updates.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports and site documentation.
• Monitor material requirements and contractor performance.
• Conduct project review meetings and support project handover/closure.
