ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Project Manager – Order to Cash (OTC) to lead the OTC workstream, covering sales order processing, billing, AR, and collections, ensuring redesigned processes support business continuity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate across time zones (global stakeholders).
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop/manage project plan, timeline, and deliverables for OTC workstream
• Facilitate status meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates
• Partner with sales ops, billing, and collections teams to define future-state processes
• Coordinate configuration, testing, validation of order management, billing, AR modules
• Manage customer master data readiness with Data workstream
• Track dependencies with R2R and Data teams
• Lead UAT planning/execution and support training/change management
• Adhere to AmpliFi program governance and PMO standards
• Escalate risks/issues, support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization

Mandatory Skills
