Job summary

Crisil in India seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead Order-to-Cash technology initiatives within a financial services setting. You will partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue operations improvements.

The role requires 5-12 years of experience, a hybrid work model (3 days in office), and strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and ERP/CRM systems to drive backlog, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services domain and O2C processes such as billing, invoicing, collections and revenue operations.
• Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and workflows.
• Experience as a Product Owner/PM/Senior BA or Functional Lead with Agile/Scrum.

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or Functional Lead.
