Winfo Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Oracle-focused technology and infrastructure projects. You will manage multiple customer engagements using Scrum and Agile methods, keeping stakeholders informed with clear reporting and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include planning, delivering Oracle implementations, upgrades and migrations, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and maintaining RAID logs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant PM experience on tech/infrastructure projects.
• Strong Oracle project experience including OCI, EBS, or Fusion.
• Hands-on Scrum/Agile with ability to blend Hybrid/Waterfall delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience writing clear project reports and presenting to stakeholders.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, SAFe.
• Oracle certifications (OCI Foundations/Architect).
• Consultancy or client-facing delivery background.

Key responsibilities

Required skills and experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Project Manager on technology or infrastructure projects.
• Solid exposure to Oracle projects and technology, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong hands-on Scrum and Agile skills, and comfort with hybrid or Waterfall delivery where needed.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience writing clear project reports and presenting to customer stakeholders.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or MS Project.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, PMP or SAFe.
• Oracle certifications, for example OCI Foundations or Architect.
• Experience in a consultancy or client-facing delivery role.
