Job summary

Winfo Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Oracle-focused technology and infrastructure projects in Chennai. You will manage several customer engagements simultaneously, drive Agile delivery, and keep stakeholders informed through clear reporting.

You will coordinate Oracle specialists and vendors, maintain RAID logs, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing scope, risk, and budgets. Strong communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in technology or infrastructure.
• Exposure to Oracle projects and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), E-Business Suite or Fusion.
• Strong hands-on Scrum and Agile skills; comfortable with hybrid or Waterfall delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Ability to write clear project reports and present to customer stakeholders.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or MS Project.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Required Skills And Experience

• Strong hands-on Scrum and Agile skills, and comfort with hybrid or Waterfall delivery where needed.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience writing clear project reports and presenting to customer stakeholders.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or MS Project.

Desirable

• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, PMP or SAFe.
• Oracle certifications, for example OCI Foundations or Architect.
• Experience in a consultancy or client-facing delivery role.
