Job summary

SoftClouds LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead application solution implementations, software development, production support, or blended projects within a consulting or enterprise setting. You will manage client-facing and internal teams as the primary day-to-day contact on SoftClouds’ projects.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience with project planning, execution, and management focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Must have managed Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle Cloud implementations (3+ full lifecycles).
• Functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing projects and internal SoftClouds projects as the main day-to-day contact.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects across global locations.
• Coordinate risk/issue management and mitigation actions.
• Drive successful deployments including post-Go-Live support.
• Capture and communicate project status to stakeholders and sponsors.

Job Overview

SoftClouds LLC is looking for Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience as a Project Managermanaging application solution implementations, software development, production support or a combination of theseareas as part of a consulting or enterprise organization. This role is client-facing as well as internally facing and is the mainday-to-day contact in managing the SoftClouds’ implementation team and supporting client projects and/or internalSoftClouds’ projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of experience, with hands-on project planning, execution, and management with a focus on scope, schedule, budget and management of client satisfaction.
• At least 8 years of experience with industry standard SDLC based methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and
• Must have experience in managing projects implementing Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle Cloud Solutions, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in the role of PM.
• Functional knowledge of one or more Oracle CX modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Fusion etc.), sufficient to manage cross-functional implementation teams effectively
• Strong skills related to risk and issue identification and management of mitigating actions
• Experience in planning, execution, and management of Integration and UAT test events, with at least 2 different projects performing the role of test manager.
• Background and prior experience managing teams as a Business Analyst, Functional or Technical Consultant, Developer and/or QA tester with demonstrated advancement of increased responsibility and knowledge.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Organizational Change Management.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Train the Trainer and/or End User Training
• Experience in planning, execution, and management of Big Bang, Incremental and/or Phased releases, with at least 2 different projects analyzing, producing, and managing a release plan
• Experience in planning, execution, and management of post Go Live production support, with at least 2 different projects managing post-go live production support, the team and the processes.
• Experience in managing projects and teams across global locations and engaging via phone and/or text chat with clients and/or SoftClouds’ team members during non-office hours.
• To provide weekly status reports and other communications to customers and act as a point-person for requests for information and support. Work with dedicated TM’s, project leads for Project tracking and management activities.
• Work with SoftClouds and customer teams to understand business requirements and main custodian of BRD/Requirements / Traceability Matrix/ Business Analysis /Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Work with Customers and the Customer teams to schedule delivery of project milestones.
• Enforce professional work ethics and time management
• Work with TM/Project Lead / Scrum Master for task management and weekly status report preparation.
• Approval of all projects assigned associates times sheets
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Experience in Project management role, preferably in a SAFe Agile.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
