Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a Project Manager for EXIM SaaS implementation across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, with travel to other locations as needed.

Required: 8–12 years of experience and hands-on delivery of end-to-end SaaS projects, strong EXIM domain knowledge, ERP and API integrations, and Agile/Scrum proficiency. Candidate must coordinate with government & public systems and manage scope, risk, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end SaaS project implementation, preferably EXIM platforms.
• Strong EXIM domain knowledge – export/import processes, compliance, customs, licenses, incentives.
• Hands-on experience managing ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations, data flows, integration testing, and cutover planning.
• Experience integrating with government & public systems (DGFT, ICEGATE, ULIP, banks, shipping lines, ports).
• Ability to map customer requirements to standard product configurations and minimize customization.
• Strong scope control, risk management, and change management skills.
• Excellent customer & stakeholder management skills (business, IT, compliance teams).
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Agile / Sprint methodology experience – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients across multiple locations.
• Lead API integrations, data mapping, and testing activities with verification of cutover plans.
