Job summary

Seventh Contact Hiring Solutions seeks a Project Manager for HVAC/MEP and cooling projects in Pune, India. You will lead end-to-end delivery of HVAC, MEP, industrial cooling and data center infrastructure, developing plans and schedules to meet budget and technical specs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Service, act as single point of contact for clients and consultants, and ensure site execution from delivery to handover while upholding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP industries.
• Strong site execution, installation, commissioning and handover experience.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers or industrial cooling systems preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP workflows and HVAC/industrial cooling systems.
• Hands-on planning, scheduling, cost control, risk and change management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Excel.

• Manage end-to-end execution and delivery of HVAC, MEP, industrial cooling, refrigeration and data center infrastructure projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in site/project execution, installation, commissioning and project handover.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers or industrial cooling systems is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP project workflows, construction practices and HVAC/industrial cooling systems.
• Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and change management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Excel preferred.
