Job summary

Vision Systems is seeking a Project Manager with 5–10 years of HVAC & MEP project experience to support project managers across stages of HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on tracking progress, leading teams, controlling budgets, coordinating procurement, and maintaining client relations throughout the project lifecycle, with emphasis on successful change management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including VRV, chilled water, and ventilation.

Responsibilities

• Track HVAC project progress against timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Identify and address potential issues and delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to project teams including technicians and vendors.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve project goals.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration within the team.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain project profitability.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
  • Ensure timely resolution of vendor and supplier issues.
• Customer Management:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Clearly communicate project status and address client concerns promptly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Escalation Management:
  • Identify and elevate project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate identified risks.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRV, chilled water, and ventilation systems.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting in HVAC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
