Job summary

Turner & Townsend in India is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for refurbishment and office fit-out projects. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget results across multi-discipline teams.

With a background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, and preferably NICMAR or equivalent, you will communicate effectively in English and drive quality reporting, risk management, and client satisfaction on

Qualifications

• B.E. / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical)
• NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Project Management for MEP activities
• Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project management service
• Must have worked on Refurbishment projects for office fitouts projects
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients
• Track all MEPF activities at project and report to client for on time delivery
• Coordination with contractors and vendors for quality and on time management
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Leading MEP vertical for Refurbishment Projects.
