Project Manager: Meetings & Event Registration & Mobile App Build Specialist is a consultative technical resource responsible for designing and building event websites and mobile apps that drive client success. In this client-facing role, you will lead strategic conversations with meeting planners and clients to understand their needs, then translate those requirements into intuitive, branded digital experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with our internal teams to ensure each project aligns with client goals. This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple design and front-end technologies, propose creative solutions, and continuously learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Technical Delivery:

• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients via phone call and email
• Manage all aspects of event website creation and maintenance (design, functionality, branding, reporting)
• Manage all aspects of mobile app creation and maintenance (creation, maintenance, project oversight)
• Maintain high-quality event website and mobile app delivery within specified SLA and internal processes
• Manage several concurrent projects while adhering to project milestones and internal metrics

Advisory & Consultative:

• Consult with clients on design and functionality to ensure goals and objectives are met
• Present solutions and offer best practices to help clients meet their goals and objectives
• Provide advice, consultation, and training to clients based on industry best practices
• Offer best-in-class technical support backed by timelines created specifically for each project

Collaboration & Relationship Management:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships
• Create and maintain templates based on client requirements
• Partner with operations and account management to support clients’ long-term account goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in HTML/CSS; able to modify code for customizations
• SpotMe, Groupize, Stova Event Technology Platform experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently; strong problem-solving skills
• Strategic advisory and mentoring experience; able to guide junior team members
• Excellent communication; tailors’ messages to different audiences; strong written communication
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive optimization
• Experience building strong client relationships; identifies upsell opportunities
• Photo editing skills (e.g., Photoshop) (preferred)
