Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to develop and maintain schedules, coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC and construction teams for timely execution, and manage costs and risks across projects.

The role requires coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring contract and quality compliance, and driving lessons learned and project close-out activities. A strong focus on HSE and operational excellence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Construction teams for timely project execution.
• Track project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecast expenditures.
• Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Conduct project review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Manage change orders, variation requests, and project documentation.
• Monitor resource allocation and productivity across project activities.
• Coordinate fabrication, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation readiness activities.
• Support risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks.
• Liaise with customers, classification societies, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational excellence standards.
• Facilitate lessons learned and project close-out activities
