Experience

10-14 Years

Responsibilities

• 10 – 14 years experienced Project cum Technical Manager with 3-4 years of project management experience.
• Experience in handling and managing end to end project taking complete ownership.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts along with AWS data services.
• Hands-on work experience in building data pipelines, data models and to work in client deliverables.
• Snowflake knowledge and Manufacturing domain experience is preferable.
• Experience in carrying out estimations, proposal writing, resource planning and loading, client presentations.
• Delegating, tracking and managing project tasks with team ensuring productivity and effective utilization.
• Experience in status reporting, risk management, client handling and to use any project management tool.
• Experience with private and public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration considerations.
• Good understanding of the data architecture, integration and various industry frameworks; broad infra and technical architecture background.
• Familiarity and knowledge of cloud native platforms and technologies, abreast with industry trends.
• Experience comprising analytics service delivery, project management and client management.
• Expertise in data migration projects from on‑prem to cloud platforms.
• Help establish best practice like standards and guidelines for design & development, deployment, support and analytics and mining.
• Understand data storage and computation frameworks, performance optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation role in the areas of data techniques and implementation.
• Technical knowhow: cloud environment, SQL, high level understanding of data visualization.
• Strong experience providing guidance and mentoring individuals and teams.
• Process-driven mindset, detail-oriented, rapid learner, and able to troubleshot complex issues.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders.
