Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager (M&A) to lead India-based initiatives, coordinating delivery across global teams. You will oversee governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement for complex infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in matrix environments and strong MS 365/PowerPoint skills, with excellent English communication. This role reports to the M&A Programme Manager in London.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large regional/global IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability in matrix management environments.
• Experience in application project management environment.
• Strong communication across levels (up, down, lateral).
• Experience managing M&A IT Infrastructure activities is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure delivery for India-based M&A initiative; coordinate execution, governance and reporting.
• Manage programme scope, milestones, dependencies, costs and benefits.
• Serve as escalation point for risks/issues; collaborate with other PMs and business leads on mitigation.
• Align activities with Group CIO governance policies.
• Work with IT Infrastructure Building IT project team on alignment with premises activities.
• Run regular project/programme reviews and ensure quality senior management reporting.

M&A IT Infrastructure Project Manager

• An opportunity has arisen in IT Infrastructure M&A team for a Project Manager (India) to take responsibility for managing a new India based initiative.
• This position will oversee project execution in conjunction with other infrastructure project managers, ensure adherence to governance processes, collect and analyse data to produce management reporting and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• This role reports to Craig Morgan, M&A Programme Manager, London

Summary of Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for leading IT Infrastructure delivery for a India based M&A initiative, coordinating project execution, governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement across infrastructure, business and premises-related teams.
• Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Represent the M&A TDI IT Infrastructure project team and ensure effective management of
  programme scope, milestones, dependencies, costs and benefits throughout the programme
  lifecycle.
• Escalation point for identified programme risks and issues and where appropriate work with the
  other project managers and business leads to devise effective mitigation and escalation strategies
• Drive programme activities in accordance with Group CIO project governance policies
• The role will have responsibilities for working (where required) with the IT Infrastructure Building IT
  project team to ensure appropriate activity alignment with related premises activities.
• Lead regular project and programme reviews with assigned infrastructure project managers
• Ensure quality senior management reporting
• Responsibility for required programme governance
• Manage key stakeholder and project manager relationships and communication
• Management and oversight of project contract staff

• GTI EUC M&A management team
• GTI Branch Technology management team

Qualifications/Skills

• Strong Project Management and People Management (Leadership) with proven track record of managing complex regional and global projects.
• Previous experience working in a matrix management environment
• Previous experience working in application project management environment
• Ability to work independently with remote and matrix management – self starter
• Experience in managing integration and deployment projects regionally and/or globally.
• Previous experience in managing M&A IT Infrastructure activities an advantage
• Strong Microsoft M365 skills, especially with PowerPoint presentations
• Appropriate (industry recognised) project management certification
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at every level (up, down and
  laterally)
• Identify, know and understand the target audience.
• Clear and concise communications of ideas, instructions
• Clear written and verbal communications (presentations)
• Conflict and influence management
• Confident and fluent English speaker and writer
• Appreciation and understanding in working in a global environment with many diverse
  cultures
• Sound understanding of IT application infrastructure

• Extensive experience in managing large teams in large and complex, global organisations,
  with multiple internal and external suppliers and support departments
• Track record of delivering complex technology and / or M&A projects and programmes an advantage.
