Job summary

YASH Technologies is looking for a Project Manager with 7-8 years of overall experience, including 3-4 years in project management, to lead diverse and global teams and deliver projects with excellence.

You will define scope, budgets and timelines while coordinating with the Automation CoE and stakeholders. Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism and AA, along with Python and scripting, is required.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of project management experience with 3-4 years in PM roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Automation CoE and RPA tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies.

Project Manager Experience: 7-8 years of experience with minimum 3-4 years of Project management experience Qualification: B.E /B. Tech/ MBA or required equivalent. Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory General:

• Manage projects by defining scope, budget, timelines and quality, with full responsibility and authority to complete the assigned project
• Leads project teams consisting of cross-functional, global and virtual groups and directly supervises staff, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan and deliver excellence
• Serve as a project driver and executer for various initiatives, working with program lead, technology, support, and customers of the platform as appropriate
• Assist in ensuring that Automation CoE team meets deliverables and makes decisions on time
• Working with Program Management teams to build and maintain feature-level product roadmap/pipeline
• Mitigating impediments that may impact successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
• Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure teams are driving toward the necessary tactical and/or strategic solution to meet customer needs, communication status and buffers team from potential distractions
• Represent Automation CoE interests and perspective in cross-company project teams
• Build positive relationships at multiple levels with key business partners, act as advocate for Automation CoE throughout the organization
• Reviews and ensures billing requirements, other financials and/or reports flow down appropriately to sub consultants/other partners and makes recommendations for improved cash management, revenue enhancement and cost recovery opportunities
• Crafting drafts of epics and stories to seed product backlog to begin the refinement process
• Participates in the development of RFP/RFI process
• Experience with Automation Platform and RPA tools like AA, UiPath, Blue prism, Python, scripting based or other source control and defect tracking tools. Primary Skills:

• Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows Character:
