Job summary

Homelane is seeking a Site Coordinator to analyze drawings, resolve project doubts with designers, and coordinate feasibility with the site team. You will ensure uniforms and IDs are worn, materials are ready at site before carpenters are assigned, and monitor progress through to completion.

This role emphasizes attendance management, adherence to processes, and maintaining good rapport with customers while updating stakeholders on status and final handover of unused materials.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of modular products and accessories.
• Good communication and ability to handle multi-functional activity under pressure.
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
• Forecasting market trends to align with business needs.
• Working days: 6 days per week; Project Management, Site Inspections, Site Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and clear project-related doubts with the designer.
• Update site initial condition and feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
• Ensure carpenters/installers wear uniforms and ID cards and follow office timings.
• Ensure materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
• Monitor installation works regularly and update the coordinator till completion of execution.
• Responsible for maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
• Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
• Develop a good rapport with Customers and update work status to coordinator & Customers.
• Ensure unused materials are returned to stores/warehouse after project completion and report to Coordinator & Warehouse.
