Job summary

Homelane in Bengaluru is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee installation activities across modular renovations and interiors. You will report to the Installation Manager, analyze drawings, coordinate with designers and coordinators, and ensure timely execution on site.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multi-functional tasks, and 6-day work weeks. You will supervise carpenters, ensure material availability, track attendance, and maintain good rapport with customers

Qualifications

• Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
• Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
• Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
• Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
• Working days- 6 days per week Project Management, Site Inspections, Site Engineering

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Installation Manager.

• Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
• Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
• Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
• Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
• Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
• Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
• Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
• Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.
