Job summary

Homelane is seeking a Site Coordinator for modular fit-out projects in Navi Mumbai. You will oversee installation teams, manage on-site activities, and ensure adherence to processes and schedules.

The role requires strong communication, coordination with designers, and maintaining site conditions from initial planning to completion. You'll collaborate with the Installation Manager, ensure material readiness, track progress with the coordinator and customers, and manage attendance and absenteeism

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of modular products and accessories.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to handle multiple activities under pressure.
• Forecast market trends to align with business needs.
• 6 days working week with project management, site inspections, site engineering.

Responsibilities

• Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
• Ensure materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
• Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
• Responsible for maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
• Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
• Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
• Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.
• Six days working week with Project Management, Site Inspections, Site Engineering.
