Responsibilities

• Work closely with client Business and IT teams to manage HR IT system implementation projects.
• Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
• Identify potential project risks and issues and support mitigation planning.
• Monitor project risks/issues and elevate as required.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
• Prepare and share regular project status updates with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory
