Job summary

Infiniti Research is seeking a seasoned Program & Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML workstreams in Bengaluru/Hyderabad.

The role focuses on managing scope, schedules, risks, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on-time, quality outcomes for enterprise clients. Immediate joiners preferred and notice period is applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing analytics or digital transformation projects.
• Experience leading multi-stream analytics programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of analytics initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end execution of analytics initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML workstreams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Platform Engineers.
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and governance checkpoints.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between client stakeholders and internal execution teams.
• Facilitate steering committee updates, program reviews, and roadmap alignment sessions.
• Translate business needs into structured execution plans.

Agile Delivery & Execution Governance

• Manage delivery using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
• Run sprint ceremonies, including:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Retrospectives
• Sprint Demos
• Track velocity, burn-down metrics, and release planning.
• Manage RAID logs proactively.
• Maintain delivery dashboards and execution trackers.
• Support governance layers including:
• PMO Reviews
• Architecture Review Boards
• Data Governance Forums
• Model Governance Checkpoints
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Data Platform Leads, Cloud Engineering Teams, and MLOps teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Program Management

• 5+ years of experience managing analytics, data platform, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing multi-stream analytics programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks.

Analytics Delivery Awareness (Hands-on Exposure Preferred)

Good working knowledge of:

• Data Engineering lifecycle
• Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures
• Machine Learning lifecycle and deployment workflows
• Business Intelligence (BI) reporting ecosystems

Agile & Execution Frameworks

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience managing hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall).
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as:
• Jira
• Azure DevOps
• Confluence
• Scrum Master and/or PMP certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and successfully deliver complex projects.
• Understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Experience creating and executing user adoption strategies.

• Ability to co-own or define product/program vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
