Job summary

Capco Technologies Pvt Ltd, part of Capco and a Wipro company, is hiring a Project Manager for FCSO initiatives in Screening and Monitoring. The role covers liaison between FCSO Functions, Technology, GBS analysts, and country/group FCC, with accountability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, coordinate with Product Owners and senior management, and manage governance requirements to transform the financial services

Qualifications

• Lead project management responsibilities for the Initiative funded projects in FCSO Screening and Monitoring Functions covering the FCSO engagement activities.
• Coordinate between FCSO Functions, Technology, GBS analysts, and Country / Group FCC.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget and timeline; adhere to Change management and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduit between the FCSO Functions, Technology, GBS analysts, and Country / Group FCC
• Review existing processes and drive process changes, where applicable
• Liaison with Product Owners and various project stakeholders
• Preparation of programme/project materials for various senior management committees as applicable
• Responsible for the delivery of project/initiatives successfully within scope, budget and timeline.
• Responsible towards adhering to the bank’s Change management and delivery standards and all required project / programme governance requirements.
