Nexdigm (SKP) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transition of finance processes into our Shared Services organization in Hyderabad. You will coordinate end-to-end activities across AP, AR, and related processes, ensuring knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and business continuity.

The role involves managing migrations, stakeholder governance, and collaboration with Finance, IT, and business teams to standardize and automate processes.

Formación

• 8-15 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, or Process Transitions.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, FA, and R2R processes.
• Experience managing finance migrations, transitions, or shared services implementations. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, PMP, or similar qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Knowledge Transfer (KT), Reverse KT, and process handovers.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.

• Partner with Finance, Business, and IT teams to ensure smooth system and process integration.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
