Job summary

Siemens in Mumbai is seeking an experienced project lead to oversee execution of building management systems projects. The role focuses on cost control, material planning, and coordinating with vendors and consultants to meet tight schedules.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of relevant experience, strong vendor and contract management skills, and proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments. Based in Mumbai, the position is on-site with Siemens.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in Building Management System-PLC Based.
• Min work experience 10-12 years.
• Awareness of POs, WOs, contracts, terms and conditions and material management, vendor and client billing, quality control.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project Execution, Project Cost Control, Materials arrangement.
• Responsible for Vendor management.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors for timely technical documentation and supplies to meet project schedule.
• Execute complete project work, contractor's work, billing and liaison with statutory bodies as per project plan.
• Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
• Manage a team of contract employees and contractors.

• Responsible for Project Execution, Project Cost Control, Materials arrangement

• Candidate should handle multiple projects across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Should have strong technical knowledge in "Building Management System-PLC Based".
• A skilled planner, executor and implementer with the ability to prioritize, manage and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments with proven success in managing operations and managing teams.
• Overall responsible in planning and managing the execution of all technical matters pertaining to personnel, equipment, spares/consumable materials, etc. to provide requisite level of engineering services.
• Coordination with the consultants, vendors for timely receipt of technical documentation / supplies to meet the project schedule.
• Well aware of PO's, WO's, Contracts, terms and conditions and material managements, vendor and client billing, Quality Control etc.
• Execution of complete Project work, contractor's work, billing & liaison with statutory bodies as per the project plan.
