Project Manager - Education / School Expansion - 4+ Years - Bangalore

We are looking for a result-oriented professional with 4+ years of experience in project management, expansion or infrastructure-led roles to drive growth projects for a leading organisation in the education sector. The role requires experience in project execution, stakeholder management, location feasibility and vendor coordination. Candidates from education, retail expansion, real-estate, infrastructure or related sectors with strong project ownership experience are encouraged to apply.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

1. Managing end-to-end execution of school expansion and infrastructure projects
2. Conducting market research, feasibility analysis and location assessment for new setups
3. Coordinating with architects, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution
4. Managing franchise partner relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives
5. Monitoring project timelines, budgets and operational readiness across locations
6. Evaluating project feasibility, cost structures and business viability
7. Preparing reports and tracking project progress for management review
8. Ensuring adherence to organisational standards, SOPs and operational guidelines

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in project management, expansion, infrastructure, retail rollout or related domains
2. Experience in education, retail, real-estate, construction, infrastructure or franchise-led businesses preferred
3. Strong exposure to project execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination and site management
4. Experience in feasibility analysis, budgeting and operational planning preferred
5. Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
6. Qualification: B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
7. Comfortable with frequent travel across the southern region
