Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, E-Invoicing, Tax Technology, VAT, ERP, or Compliance Technology.

• E-Invoicing & VAT Compliance: Stay updated on regulations and support client implementations.
• Project Planning: Develop plans, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; track progress.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain charters, requirements, and status reports.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Liaise between clients and internal teams; manage expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, dependencies; coordinate mitigations.

E-Invoicing & VAT Compliance

Stay updated on VAT regulations and E-Invoicing requirements, including applicable regulatory guidelines.

Support clients in implementing and integrating E-Invoicing solutions.

Ensure project activities and deliverables meet applicable compliance standards.

Address E-Invoicing and VAT-related queries from clients and stakeholders.

Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of implementation activities.

Coordinate with internal and client teams to manage dependencies and deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project charters, implementation plans, requirements, and project documentation.

Prepare regular project status reports covering progress, risks, issues, and key milestones.

Maintain accurate project records throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Communicate E-Invoicing requirements, project updates, and compliance expectations.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.

Develop and track mitigation plans.

Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve project issues within agreed timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other business teams.

Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable project deliverables.

Ensure effective coordination across teams for successful E-Invoicing implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

6+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, E-Invoicing, Tax Technology, VAT, ERP, or Compliance Technology.

Strong understanding of E-Invoicing and VAT compliance.

Experience managing client-facing technology implementation projects.

Strong project planning, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
