You will collaborate with Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations, define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs, and drive Agile ceremonies to ensure successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management with e-commerce focus.
• Experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (E-commerce) to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, Agile methodologies, and delivering scalable digital commerce solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, with significant experience in e-commerce projects.
• Proven experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar is preferred.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
