Job summary

LNJ Institute Of Skills And Technology in Thiruvananthapuram invites an experienced Project Head Skillshaat to lead state-wise business planning, revenue generation, and compliance across the region.

You will manage mobilizers and trainers, set monthly targets, and liaise with government authorities while driving data analytics to improve turnout and performance. The role also involves framing SOPs and ensuring quality systems in collaboration with HO HR and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Overseeing hiring of Mobilizers, Trainers positions
• Setting up of monthly targets of direct reportees and periodic monitoring
• Doing data analytics to understand the real cause of low turnout/selection/joining
• Liaising with government authorities to obtain authentic data

Responsibilities

• Strategize and formulate state wise Business Plan including financials in prescribed format & time
• Revenue generation for all the State(s) as per agreed Business Plan.
• Ensuring revenue generation within the stipulated budget and timelines
• Overseeing hiring of Mobilizers, Trainers positions
• Defining job responsibilities to his direct reports in conjunction with HO HR.
• Setting up of monthly targets of direct reportees and periodic monitoring of the same.
• Inspiring, building and managing the team effectively to bring accountability to the team and providing support to all stakeholders.
• Doing data analytics to understand the real cause of low turnout/selection/joining and give necessary guidelines to the team for improvements for future
• To have a strategy in place to liaise with government authorities to get the authentic data of unemployed/trained & needy youth of the State
• To strategize and make a plan to target such businesses/sectors that are growing and are in need of large manpower
• Network with local NGOs & other such organisations.
• Making Risk assessment matrix and mitigation plan as per the guidelines/SOPs/discussions with the superiors/auditors
• Framing the policy (SOPs) for smooth functioning of the department and getting it approved from the superiors
• Overseeing full compliance to laid down Quality systems and maintaining accounting standards and ensure 100% compliance in the region to comply with organizational policies
• Meeting agreed requirements of internal and external stakeholders
