Job summary

Client of Adecco in Taiwan-based multinational company seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Data Center Power & Thermal Infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee UPS, PDU, CDU, and related electrical systems from design through deployment.

The role requires strong project management skills and deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, electrical power, power electronics, thermal management, and product development to ensure timely delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of project management experience in data center infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, electrical power systems, and power electronics.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, engineering, qualification, manufacturing, and deployment of data center power infrastructure products (UPS, PDU, CDU, power electronics).
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, suppliers, customers, and data center stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Deliver projects meeting required performance and reliability standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, development, engineering, qualification, manufacturing, and deployment of Data Center Power & Thermal Infrastructure products, including UPS, PDU, CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit), power electronics, and associated electrical systems.

The role requires strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of data center infrastructure, electrical power systems, power electronics, thermal management, and product development. The candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, suppliers, customers, and data center stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required performance and reliability standards.
