Job summary

Adecco client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently deliver data center infrastructure projects including CDU, CRAC, RDHX, and precision cooling systems. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely completion.

The role demands hands‑on leadership across electromechanical works and coordination with service teams for after‑sales deliverables. Experience with complex cooling systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience delivering Data Center infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from initiation to handover.
• Experience with CDU, CRAC, RDHX, chilled water/DX cooling, and precision cooling units.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data center infrastructure projects including electromechanical works.
• Ensure on-time delivery and strict budget adherence while managing risks and changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service teams for post‑delivery support.

Experience : 12-20 Years

Role Purpose

To independently manage and deliver Data Center infrastructure projects involving CDU ,CRAC, RDHX, Chilled Water/ DX Cooling, Precision cooling units, Secondary fluid piping network and associated electromechanical works.

The role will ensure Ontime time delivery, budget adherence, risk management, Change Management ,Stakeholders Management , documentation, and integration with Service team for after‑sales deliverables.
