BAY Area Technology Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to drive collaboration tools and AV systems initiatives from Gurgaon to Bengaluru. The role requires 7+ years of project management experience, with strong expertise in IT infrastructure, collaboration platforms, and AV technologies.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure or collaboration technologies.
• Strong background in managing projects involving collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Proof Point, Hove, Exchange etc.
• Experience managing A/V and conference room technologies (e.g., Teams Rooms)
• Familiarity with digital signage solutions like X2O or similar.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Agile).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with senior stakeholders.

Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Youll be the driving force for every aspect of a programs success, and the conductor who orchestrates everyones efforts to make beautiful music together.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure or collaboration technologies.
• Strong background in managing projects involving collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Proof Point, Hove, Exchange etc.
• Experience managing A/V and conference room technologies (e.g., Teams Rooms)
• Familiarity with digital signage solutions like X2O or similar.
