Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Noida (Greater Noida area) seeks an experienced AV Project Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end AV and IT infrastructure projects. You will oversee design documentation, installation, testing, and commissioning of video conferencing, AVoIP, LED walls, and related systems.

The role requires 5+ years in AV/IT project management, with strong IP networking, VLAN, QoS, and collaboration deployments.

Qualifications

• 815 years of experience in AV Systems Integration / IT Infrastructure Projects.
• Minimum 5+ years as AV Project Manager / Technical Project Manager
• Experience handling enterprise AV, UC & collaboration deployments
• Strong understanding of IP networking, VLAN, QoS, AVoIP architecture
• Experience in corporate, MNC, or large commercial project environments

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to financial closure
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost estimates
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with project scope and change management processes
• Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems (Video Conferencing, AVoIP, LED walls, Digital Signage, Projection)
• Lead UAT, system testing, certification, and documentation
• Ensure smooth transition to Service / Managed Services teams
• Drive client satisfaction and post-installation support alignment
• Coordinate with Clients, IT, Facilities & MEP teams, Procurement & Supply Chain, OEMs & AV Partners
• Manage vendor performance and subcontractor execution
• Drive stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and reporting

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to financial closure

Technical & Systems Integration

• Oversee design documentation including:
• Room Matrix
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Line Diagrams & Signal Flow
• Rack Elevations
• Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:
• Video Conferencing Systems (Zoom, MS Teams Rooms, Webex)
• AVoIP & Networked AV
• DSP systems (Biamp, QSC, Crestron)
• Control Systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)
• LED walls, Digital Signage, Projection systems

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with:
• Clients & End Users
• IT, Facilities & MEP teams
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• OEMs & AV Partners
• Manage vendor performance and subcontractor execution
• Drive stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and reporting

Commissioning & Handover

• Lead UAT, system testing, certification, and documentation

Required Experience

815 years of experience in AV Systems Integration / IT Infrastructure Projects. Minimum 5+ years as AV Project Manager / Technical Project Manager
