Job summary

SyamaDynamic Group in Kochi, Kerala, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead project budgets, schedules, and contract administration. The role focuses on cost control, subcontractor coordination, and timely delivery, with a Day shift, Monday to Saturday.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of construction PM experience and be fluent in Malayalam and English. Preference for locally based or willing to relocate to Kochi.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle all contractual correspondence and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Track project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively manage project timelines and mitigate delays.
• Notify stakeholders formally of any project delays, following contract clauses.
• Prepare and manage claims related to changes, delays, or disputes.
• Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Ensure timely billing and receivables collection.
• Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum productivity.
