The role involves coordinating activities, supporting estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and solution demos; preparing client presentations and status updates; and translating business needs into BRD/FRD and user stories while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst is required.
• 4-5 years in Project Management / project coordination.
• Experience in software/IT consulting preferred.
• Hands-on with AI projects and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track scope, timelines, actions, and deliverables.

Zelite is hiring a Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience exposure to drive requirement discovery, documentation, client communication, and project coordination across technology and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and track scope, timelines, actions, and deliverables.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare client presentations, status updates, and project documentation.
• Conduct client discussions, requirement gathering, workshops, and requirement analysis.

Required Technical Skills

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirement engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Power Platform, CRM, and AI/Copilot concepts.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4-5 years of Project Management / project coordination experience.
• Experience working on software/IT consulting projects is preferred.
• Worked and handled projects like AI projects, copilot studio azure foundry, fabric
