Job summary

Fluentgrid is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Smart City ICT projects under the MSI model, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and effective coordination with government departments, vendors, and internal teams.

You will drive project planning, invoicing milestones, ICCC operations, and performance monitoring across OPS, maintenance, and security systems, leveraging PMP skills and cross-functional leadership to deliver reliable citizen services.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering Smart City ICT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Smart City ICT projects under the MSI model (implementation, operations, maintenance).
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects meeting milestones, SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with SPV (LSCL), government departments, vendors and internal teams.
• Drive payment milestones including invoicing, documentation, follow-ups, and closure.
• Oversee ICCC operations and integrated smart solutions (surveillance, ITMS, e-governance).
• Monitor system performance and service delivery as per O&M obligations.
• Lead cross-functional teams including OEMs and field teams.
• Manage change requests, scope variations and contract compliance per RFP/Agreement.
• Data-driven reporting for governance, citizen services, and improvements.

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Smart City ICT projects under the MSI model, ensuring adherence to timelines, SLAs, and KPIs. The role involves managing stakeholders, overseeing ICCC and integrated smart solutions, driving project planning and commercial processes, and ensuring smooth operations, service performance, and compliance through effective team leadership and issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Smart City ICT projects under the MSI model, covering implementation, operations, and maintenance phases
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution in alignment with contractual milestones, SLAs, and KPIs
• Handle stakeholder coordination with SPV (LSCL), government departments, vendors, and internal teams
• Drive payment milestones including invoice submission, documentation, follow-ups, and closure of client queries
• Oversee command and control center (ICCC) operations and integrated smart solutions (surveillance, ITMS, e-governance, etc.)
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and service delivery as per O&M contractual obligations
• Lead cross-functional teams including OEMs, system integrators, and field teams
• Manage change requests, scope variations, and contract compliance as per RFP/Agreement
• Conduct data-driven analysis and reporting for governance, citizen services, and operational improvements
