Job summary

Foxsense Innovations in Tamil Nadu is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to steer ongoing initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timelines and budgets are met. You will drive client engagement, prepare status reports, and maintain rigorous quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in project management in the Technology industry.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Ability to manage clients and expectations.
• Strong understanding of formal project management, agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and literary skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Prepare requirement documents, user flows and validate test cases.

About the role

We seek a project manager to handle our company’s ongoing projects. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
