Job summary

iProgrammer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-driven IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline and budget alignment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders to drive successful deliveries and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong PM skills, Agile/Scrum experience, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget within a service-based IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in project management in a service-based IT company
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for additional services and projects.
