Blueflame Labs is a fast-growing Professional & Managed Services firm specializing in Salesforce, Microsoft, and Oracle NetSuite solutions. With a strong presence in North America, UK/EUR, MENA, and APAC/ANZ, we help businesses scale through technology-driven transformation.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead high-impact projects across Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, eCommerce, and more, working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management – Own project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, scope control, and risk mitigation.
• Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and successful outcomes.
• Agile & Waterfall Execution – Lead Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring teams follow best practices.
• Resource & Team Management – Work closely with developers, consultants, and QA teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Budget & Risk Management – Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies while ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Process Optimization – Continuously improve project management methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Documentation – Provide status reports, project dashboards, and risk logs for leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT services, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience in Salesforce, Microsoft, or Oracle NetSuite projects is a plus.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
