• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authors, and editorial teams; manage communications to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Track project schedules and ensure deadlines; monitor SLAs and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet milestones and maintain quality checks on proofs, layouts, and metadata.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to manage journal and book publishing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-service project management, with a strong focus on publishing.

Job Location: Pondicherry/Chennai

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Responsibility

• . Oversee and manage journal/book publishing projects from initiation to delivery.
• . Coordinate end-to-end journal and book production, including manuscript processing, editorial review, author queries, corrections, issue compilation, and final delivery to client platforms. Work closely with authors and handle author queries efficiently, ensuring clarity, timely responses, and smooth project flow.
• . Organize and attend meetings with publishers to discuss project requirements and progress.
• . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authors, and editorial teams; manage communication to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• . Track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met; monitor progress against SLAs and elevate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
