Job summary

Rockwell Automation in India seeks a Project Manager (Industrial Automation) to lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality goals in line with QMS standards.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, develop schedules and budgets, manage risks and reporting, and drive deliverables across multiple projects in a matrix environment. A Bachelor's in engineering and PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in project management in industrial automation or related sectors.
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, plan and prioritize effectively.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers and teams; lead project meetings.
