Rockwell Automation is looking for a Team Lead – Metal and Infra in Pune, India. You will lead a team of 12-15 engineers, managing project lifecycles and ensuring high-quality engineering solutions. With a hybrid work environment, your role involves site travel and collaboration across teams in Pune and Noida.

With a B.E. or B.Tech and over 10 years of experience, you will need expertise in Rockwell Automation products and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

• Overall 10-16 years of experience, with minimum 5 years on Rockwell Automation platforms.
• High level of expertise in RA products such as Control Logix, Drives (AC & DC).
• Commissioning experience and troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12-15 Project Engineers working for Heavy Industries.
• Manage all aspects of project life cycle from pre-sale proposal to site support.

This role reports to Engineering Manager and is part of Global Engineering & Business Services group in India, catering to Domestic and International projects. It's a hybrid work environment with 30% - 40% site travel. Person in this role will be in Pune with reporting team members distributed in Pune and Noida.**Your Responsibilities:**· Lead a team of 12nos. - 15nos. Project Engineers working for Heavy Industries (Metal and Infra)· Lead & drives functional excellence in engineering solution, provide knowledge- base, services and technical understanding for the Metal and Infra industry, as per the industry standards and its regulatory requirements· Manage all aspects of project life cycle from pre-sale proposal support, engineering and site support if required· Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction· Supports best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among teams to improve competency of the team**The Essentials - You Will Have:**· B.E. / B.
