Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT.

Responsibilities

• Own the project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Support, and other teams.
• Manage project resources, allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Track project progress against agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management and customers.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical project issues.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, production release, and post-implementation activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, project teams, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
